In lieu of the fees specified in the Schedule to the Registry of Deeds (Fees) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 200 of 1980 ), the fees specified in the second column of the Schedule to this Order shall be charged in the Office of the Registrar of Deeds in respect of the items specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order.
