Objection to grant of certificate
(2) Aon duine a chuireann i gcoinne aistarraingt a luaitear i mír (1) den Rialachán seo, nó a bheartaíonn uiríolla a dhéanamh leis an Rialaitheoir ina taobh. déanfaidh sé, seasca lá ar a dhéanaí, tar éis fógra faoin iarratas ar aistarraingt a bheith, de bhun alt 19 (1) (a) den Acht, foilsithe san Iris, fógra i scríbhinn a thabairt don Rialaitheoir mar gheall ar an gcur i gcoinne nó ar an mbeartú sin. (2) Any person who objects to, or who proposes to make representations to the Controller as regards, a withdrawal mentioned in paragraph (1) of this Regulation shall, not later than sixty days after the publication in the Journal, pursuant to section 19 (1) (a) of the Act, of notice of the application to withdraw, give to the Controller notice in writing of the objection or proposal.
